The Help file within the 2011 products have now been moved from a local location to the web (good for updating the help files and information for customers)

That link is where the customer is taken when they ask for help (F1)

Do not fear if you do not have an internet connection as help will still be available; you just need to download and save the .chm files in the right location (these will not be updated though).
